顆粒Strawberry Jam♪

朋友說想吃草莓Bagel,剛好冰格有一小袋雪藏草莓剩下,就拿來做了果醬準備遲下用來做Bagel了!
材料:
草莓 300g
黃糖 80g
白砂糖 20g
(草莓和糖為3:1,黃糖白糖分量可作出變化)
做法:
將所有材料倒進小鍋裡,用中火煮至沸騰。
所有糖都融化掉&草莓變軟後就將火調小,慢煮15~20分鐘,不時用木筷子/木調羹攪勻。
將果醬煮至有一定的稠度即可關火轉到容器放涼即成。
